Associate Director – Commercial Property ManagementCentral London£65,000 - £75,000 (DOE) plus bonus & benefits Reporting to the Team Director you will manage a portfolio of ‘Trophy’ style assets. The team manage a diverse range of assets located in central London. You will have ultimate responsibility for the performance of the assets to include management of the following services:Finance teamSite based teams including facilities managementSurveying team – surveyors/graduate/apprenticeESG team Responsibility for ensuring the assets are:Managed to the very highest standardClean, safe, secure and in repairProviding a modern customer experienceMarket leading and competitive in the marketContinuously reducing carbon emissionsOperating with good value service chargesESG – be capable of progressing sustainability across the assets tailored to their specific needsThe candidate must:Be client service orientatedBe a team player with a positive, proactive and hands-on attitudeQualified to MRICS and a min of 2 years PQEHave a track record in managing peopleHave experience in managing large multi-let office assetsBe personable with established client facing capabilitiesBe capable of performing business development dutiesBe ambitious with promotion aspirationsFurther information available on request.
