The company's culture emphasises true work-life balance, team collaboration, and giving back to charity.Position Overview: Associate Research Director to join a dynamic team, that will lead and mentor a talented team of researchers, manage diverse client accounts, and drive projects across thought leadership, brand performance, audience understanding and ad hoc projects. Key Responsibilities:Leading and mentoring a talented team of researchers, driving projects through exemplary leadership.Managing diverse client accounts, providing high-quality insights across mainly quantitative and qualitative research projects.Combining creativity and analytical thinking to identify new opportunities and drive team growth.Requirements:Approximately 6 years of proven experience in ad hoc, mixed methods, and quantitative research (with qualitative exposure).Experience / interest within Thought leadership projectsAt least 2 years of experience in management, including at least 2 direct reports.Demonstrated experience in working with B2B clients.Passion for helping and mentoring researchers to learn and develop.Ability to derive insights from data and impart expert knowledge to produce high-quality outputs.Excellent communication and account management skills with key clients.Culture and Values: This organisations culture is integral to its identity.
