Associate Planning Director
Industrial, City Centre/Regeneration, and Residential Projects
Location: Manchester City Centre, UK
(Hybrid Working - 3 days a week in the office)

Carrington West are pleased to be partnered with a consultancy firm specialising in delivering exceptional solutions across industrial, city centre/regeneration, and residential projects. With a strong presence in the Manchester market, they pride themselves on their innovative approach and dedication to excellence. We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Director to join thier team and drive forward our ambitious projects.
 
As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in leading major projects, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial, city centre/regeneration, and residential sectors, with a proven track record of over 10 years.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and oversee multiple high-profile projects within the industrial, city centre/regeneration, and residential sectors.
·Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
·Manage and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
·Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal efforts.
·Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
·Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
·Stay abreast of industry trends, leveraging insights to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
 
Qualifications:
·Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior role within the industrial, city centre/regeneration, and residential sectors.
·Planning degree accredited to the RTPI.
·Strong leadership and project management skills.
·Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business development.
·Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
·Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·Relevant professional qualifications and a strong academic background.
