Associate Director

Our client is an independent construction and property consultancy, and with a team of over 1,000 professionals, they offer Cost Management and Project Management across the world. They are currently looking for a talented Associate Quantity Surveyor in Leeds to manage projects across a range of sectors including commercial, office, hotels, health and mixed used.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pre- and post-contract cost management activities.
• Lead high-value projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree qualified, preferably within a construction-related discipline.
• MRICS with up to 10 years post qualification experience
• Previous construction consultancy experience.
• Client-focused with a commitment to excellent service.
• Understanding of market issues and their impact.
• Business development experience
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.

On offer for the Associate Director:

• Salary �70,000 - �75,000
• 27 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays
• 5% pension
