Our client is an award winning Strategy and Insight management consultancy firm offering Research, Strategy and UX research to leading High Tech and Media organisations. They are looking for a Senior Research Manager or an Associate Director to join their team.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Research Manager or Associate Director to join their B2B team, able to be hands on with projects along with management/ mentoring of more junior members of the team. They operate with a flat structure so keen to find candidates who are happy to work end to end on projects from proposal, to presentation and debrief. The B2B strategy research team work mostly on Quantitative projects but will provide the opportunity to work on Qualitive projects, mixed method is advantage but their focus is to find a strong Quantitative RM or AD.
The Candidate
The preferred candidate will have-
4+ years of experience within a research agency, open to candidates with B2C backgrounds.
Strong experience with quantitative research methods, qualitative experience is an advantage.
