Associate - Emerging Technologies - Real Estate

A leading Global Commercial and Real Estate Services firm are hiring for an Associate to join their Emerging Technology team. The business is truly a leader in their field and ranked among the top 500 brands globally. They offer a suite of services across Consulting, Commercial, Residential, Development and Engineering and work on some of the most complex and market leading Real Estate engagements in the market. Understandably, the business is investing heavily in Emerging Technology, and is looking for an Associate to work across some of their most high value external stakeholders, and internal decision makers. The main responsibilities are to understand the needs, requirements and use cases, and assess commercial implications for various emerging technologies and products. This work can include:Develop insight into new Emerging Technologies that impact the CRE Market and looking broader at other markets.Effective management and direction of diverse and often distributed teams across all regions in support of business and technology projectsManaging relationships with stakeholders and partners, internal and external. Engaging with Start-Ups to complete evaluations and solution AnalysisManaging poof of concepts, pilots, and projects through the lifecycleCommunication of emerging technology strategy, plus development of presentations and newsletters outlining business impact. Lead projects for the integration of Emerging Technologies.The Analyst will also ensure all projects follow the defined governance processes and change management methodologies with a strong focus on project reporting and analytics.Advising on Real estate specific technology and products, such as: Digital Twin, BIM, IoT, AI and Smart Buildings
The business has offices globally, but the working pattern is completely flexible and they are happy for the successful candidate to be either at home or in offices on any day. They are also open to either a US based or UK based hire. Given the variety and location of clients, working hours are also flexible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience across Real Estate Management Consulting or Commercial Real Estate to help further build out a strategic growth area for the business. Based on performance of course, the successful candidate should be running at promotion to Partner within 1-2 years and will likely play a key role in future hiring and strategic vision.
