Associate Employers Agent - Project Manager - Data Centre

One of Huntsman's repeat clients are looking to recruit an Associate level Project Manager with Employers Agent experience to deliver, alongside the wider team, a new build 40MW Data Centre facility based in North West London.This consultancy business have invested heavily in their Data Centre capability in the last couple of years and this role is working with one of their long standing clients who are a Developer in the market.Candidates will need to be client facing as this will be working with the in-house construction & development team alongside manging a Tier 1 contractor on the job.Candidates must have a proven consultancy background in an Employers Agent capacity ideally from a Project Management background, however candidates from a Quantity Surveying background will also be considered. JCT Contract knowledge is essential for the role.It is essential that you have worked in the Built Environment and have a good understanding on new build developments. Ideally, candidates will have experience in the Data Centre market but Healthcare, Manufacturing, Industrial & Logistics experience would also be considered.This role is based 4 to 5 days per week on site in North West London so candidates must either live within an hours commute or alternatively be willing to stay nearby from Monday to Friday at the expense of your employer.
