They have a solid foundation of commercial and legal expertise.They are dedicated to advancing best practices in employment and invest significant time and resources in training their lawyers to ensure their clients receive the most practical, and reliable advice.The RoleThe successful candidate will normally spend around 80 - 85% of their time on contentious and advisory work and 15 - 20% on transactional support.Key areas of responsibilities may include but not limited to:Disputes and Investigations - Tribunal litigation (e.g. unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination).Disputes and Investigations - High Court litigation (e.g. team moves and bonus claims).Contentious advice - Senior exits and settlement agreements.Contentious advice – Restrictive covenant breaches, planning team moves.Other advisory - Change projects (e.g. redundancy and TUPE processes, both UK focussed and international).Key RequirementsThe successful candidate will have 3 - 6 PQE, with the eagerness to learn and improve.They will ideally also have:Deep technical knowledge with regards to employment law.Outstanding academic credentials.Intellectual curiosity and versatility.Self starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge.Detail-focused and self-motivated approach.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor.ContactFor further information, please contact James Cockerill on +44 7930527642 or send your CV and degree transcripts to ##### take your application one step further, register your details via the ‘Register Now’ button on our website to be added directly onto our database.
