Job Description: Associate Executive Search ConsultantThe Associate Executive Search Consultant is responsible for supporting Holmes Noble’s executive search process to ensure successful placements. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport, the Associate will source, screen, and assess passive senior candidates as part of retained search assignments and multiple-hire talent programmes. The position also involves providing general support to the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport to enable the broader performance and growth of the practice.Primary Responsibilities:Executive Search Support: Assist in the executive search process, including sourcing candidates using multiple methodologies and channels, screening, and assessing candidates based on professional experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit, as well as applying pre-defined competency screening criteria where appropriate.Pipeline Development: Support the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport in developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified executive candidates, ensuring timely and relevant feedback throughout the recruitment process.Ad-hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc search and programme duties within the Practice domain as required by the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport.Market Intelligence: Obtain market intelligence and insights to inform search strategies and support Thought Leadership initiatives.Coordination: Coordinate client and candidate interview meeting schedules to ensure seamless interactions.Client Engagement: Attend meetings with prospective and existing clients to discuss potential and ongoing assignments, providing insights and updates as needed.Documentation Support: Provide support by creating and constructing search proposals, pitch documentation, progress reports, client portals, updates, CVs, and other search or programme-related documentation.System Management: Manage and update Ezekia and relevant systems to maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions.Industry Knowledge: Build an understanding of client strategies, various industry sectors within the Practice, and value chains to help identify opportunities.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Head of Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport and Head of Operations to drive successful client and candidate outcomes.Compliance: Learn and uphold Holmes Noble compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.Requirements:Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an executive search or recruitment role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using multiple methodologies and channels to identify top talent.Assessment Capabilities: Strong screening and assessment skills to evaluate candidates' professional experience, leadership qualities, and cultural fit.Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle complex scheduling and coordination tasks.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and team members.Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using recruitment software and systems.Educational Background: A degree-level education is preferred.Key Competencies:Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse market intelligence and candidate information to inform search strategies.Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using recruitment tools and software to manage candidate pipelines and client records.Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and colleagues.Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions to enhance the search process.Team Collaboration: Works well within a team environment, contributing to collective goals and projects.This role represents a unique and highly attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
