Associate - Lettings

ASSOCIATE - LETTINGS, MONDAY TO FRIDAY - MARYLEBONE
Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with an independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for a senior lettings negotiator to join their established team. This role will suit a well-spoken central London lettings agent who has 3 + years' experience in London lettings.
Duties/functions of the role:

• List properties from the existing database/network
• Bringing in new listings to the company
• Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct viewings and provide detailed property information to potential tenants
• Oversee the creation and management of property listings, including online advertising and hard copy, which will be carried out by the Office Manager
• Keeping property and client/applicant details up to date on our CRM system Reapit, knowledge of which would be a bonus
• Negotiate rental terms and agreements
• Provide clear, honest, and transparent communication to ensure a smooth lettings process
• Manage tenancy agreements, renewals etc with our third party management company
• Conduct market research / stay informed about current trends and pricing
• Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation
• Address and resolve any tenant / landlord issues
• Stay organised and manage your workload independently, as the only Lettings Negotiator/Manger in the team

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ years' experience working in Marylebone/Mayfair
• ARLA qualified preferred but not essential
• A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Must be well spoken and well presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong IT skills

Salary budgets: £30,000 basic salary, £70,000 OTE + guarantee £70K for the first 6 weeks
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Saturdays are appointment only
