Job Title: Associate Mechanical Design Engineer 

Location: Manchester Centre

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car allowance 

Job Description:

• Lead mechanical design projects within building design services.


• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.


• Oversee the preparation of mechanical design drawings and specifications.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical design within the building services sector.


• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.


• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and building codes.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
