All high-performing Associates will be given a genuine opportunity to impact and grow with the firm and they can demonstrate an outstanding track record of developing internal talent through the business.
They are looking for someone who ideally has the following:

Excellent academic credentials with a degree or postgraduate qualification being highly sought-after, alongside exemplary writing skills

Salary banding for the role depends on experience. It starts from £38,000 for the junior end of the pool and rises based on background and delivery track record to £80,000+ for more experienced Senior Associate or Principal-level candidates.
A leading total compensation scheme (discretionary performance-driven bonus) accompanies this, alongside opportunities for internal growth, a real hands-on mentorship and development in a retained environment and includes a route to moving to their New York office if this is of interest.
