Continuing to thrive with a diverse and loyal client base, these appointments offer an unparalleled opportunity for career growth within an unobstructed and supportive environment.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor or Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of commercial property matters, including:Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and Scottish aspects of cross-border deals.Advising a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on real estate financial transactions and leasing.Taking direct responsibility for managing existing client relationships, supported by the Division's experienced Partners.Working closely with two highly regarded Partners in the Scottish Real Estate sector, you will lead client relationships from initiation to completion.Person SpecificationWe are keen to speak with qualified Property Solicitors with demonstratable experience in commercial property law, either during a traineeship or post-qualification.
