Associate Partner (Building Surveyor)

Think Property and Surveying are working in partnership with a Property Consultancy in Birmingham who want to appoint an Associate Partner within their Building Surveying department. This is an independent consultancy away from the corporate world where you aren't going to feel like just another number in an overwhelming team.�
This consultancy are a long-standing Property Consultancy offering a variety of different Property services including Building Surveying, Facilities Management, Property Management and Commercial Agency. They have a very�strong client base across a range of different sectors including, Commercial, Retail, and various Public Sector organisations.�

The role

The role will consist of both Project and Professional Surveying work including:

• Acquisition Surveys


• Condition Surveys


• Defect Analysis


• Dilapidations


• Party Wall


• Measured Surveys


• Project Management�


• Expert Witness

What they're looking for

The ideal candidate will have a full professional understanding of building pathology and will be an experienced Building Surveyor with commercial experience. Consultancy experience would also be beneficial in this role. You will be dealing with key clients so you will be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.�
