A versatile, agile and modern Global Commercial Real Estate Construction Consultancy are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join a busy and growing team in the heart of London.

The Associate Project Manager Role

The new Associate Project Manager will be brought in to support strategic growth, based on a secured pipeline of work across the years to come. You will be driven to succeed not only at a team level, but also as an individual with opportunities to develop their own career as the second in command of the team.

The Associate Project Manager will join a team currently consisting of a number of Project Managers at varying levels, between Graduate and Senior Project Manager.

The consultancy provides a full spectrum of real estate services, supporting client investment portfolios from surveying target areas and negotiating transactions to marketing, leasing, and ongoing property management.

Associate Project Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting with asset positioning, property acquisitions/dispositions, market analysis, redevelopment strategies, and development funding.
  • Conducting financial modelling, property management, lease advisory, and capital markets engagement.
  • Supporting clients through industrial and logistics property occupancy, including lease negotiations, supply chain optimization, and build-to-suit construction.
  • Advising clients on office investment, development, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  • Overseeing large-scale residential and student accommodation projects, including high-rise developments with 400 and 800 student beds, while supporting ongoing projects with day-to-day management.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to ensure seamless delivery and contributing to the growth of new initiatives across diverse sectors.

The Associate Project Manager

The successful Associate Construction Project Manager will have:

  • Ideally MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM, demonstrating a high level of professional competence.
  • Has strong business development skills and an urge to assist with expanding the consultancy's reach and influence.
  • Is enthusiastic about building and strengthening the Project Management side for the London office, including team development and client engagement.
  • MUST HAVE: Previous Project Management experience with a UK Consultancy
