They are renowned for manging some of London’s most iconic towers and prestigious multi let offices scaling in excess of 1million sq ft. The have established a highly regarded system enabling Property Managers to provide and track a level of service you would expect with assets of this calibre. As you would come to expect with assets of this calibre you have a unique platform to lead of key areas such as ESG, Proptech, Placemaking, Occupier engagement, Building Strategy and other value-added opportunities. You would be based out of their office in the city with a flexible working policy of three days in the office and two from home. My client is renowned for being a standout in the industry when it comes to overall remuneration with impressive bonuses recently reported across the board.
