The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will join a thriving, friendly, and multidisciplinary team of approximately 40 professionals.

You'll be involved in delivering projects across their full life cycle, working in diverse sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Higher Education, Further Education, and Mixed-Use.

Reporting to the Director, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will manage multiple high-profile projects while leading a small team of cost consultants. This role is ideal for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take on more responsibility and management or an established Associate QS looking for a fresh challenge within a professional and collaborative environment.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Strong background in Quantity Surveying in a Cost Consultancy environment
• Property / Real Estate construction experience
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Ability to manage projects autonomously
• The desire to manage a small team
