Associate Quantity Surveyor

An International Cost Consultancy are seeking a professional, MRICS qualified Associate Quantity Surveyor with experience, or an interest in Project Management.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a unique quantity surveying team that carries out a Project Management / Quantity Surveying / Employers Agent role across a broad range of projects including life science, healthcare, industrial, and high end residential.

Alongside project delivery, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall help manage and mentor a couple of quantity surveyors whilst also getting involved in business development.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Ideally MRICS or similar
• Project Management or Employers Agent experience would be a bonus
• PQS / Cost Consultancy background
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Ambitious
• Experience of working within the built environment
