We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Structural Engineer - Buildings to join a dynamic team in London. As an Associate Structural Engineer - Buildings, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and delivery of structural engineering solutions.

Associate Structural Engineer - Buildings Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
\n
• Conduct structural analysis and design for various building types and infrastructure projects.
\n
• \nEngage directly with clients, attending meetings to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
\n
• \nPrepare and present proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
\n
• \nManage bids and tenders, coordinating with internal teams to deliver compelling and competitive submissions.
\n
• \nOversee financial planning for projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and on time.
\n
• \nDrive business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable design solutions.
\n
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and drawings.
\n
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
\n
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
\n
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Associate Structural Engineer - Buildings Qualifications and Experience:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
\n
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it.
\n
• Proven experience in structural engineering design and project management.
\n
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
\n
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
\n
• \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
\n
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
\n
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n
