Associate Surveyor Job in Birmingham, West Midlands
New requirement for an Associate Surveyor job based in Birmingham, with one of the leading real estate and property consultancies in the UK. The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and a Registered Valuer with infrastructure and/or rural sector experience. The company is offering a salary in the region of �50,000 - �55,000 plus �4,500 Car Allowance, enhanced holiday, and more!
The business has been established for over a century, now operating with 30+ offices nationwide and a legacy built on working with a variety client base and offering services across residential, commercial, rural, infrastructure, and planning. Experience within infrastructure is highly desirable but those with experience in commercial or residential that have a strong interest in infrastructure will also be considered. Senior Surveyors looking for a step up to Associate level are also encouraged to apply.
