We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team in London. Job Responsibilities: Draft, prepare, review and comment on a variety of legal and corporate finance documents Liaise with clients and service providers across a broad range of jurisdictions Coordinate client processes and internal procedures across the different Madison Pacific offices, including for the Compliance, Finance and Operations functions Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required Maintain a record of physical and electronic documents and coordinate with other legal teams to maintain a database of legal information and materials Transactional case management support Key Requirements: Degree in legal studies 2 years of legal experience or Qualified Lawyer with 1-2 years PQE Experience in legal private practice (corporate and commercial areas) or analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution/NBFI A practical understanding of LMA based and/or public debt finance documentation, and familiarity with due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements would be considered favorably.
