This role is a Home Based role, with some travel to the office for meetings and/or training.Role and Responsibilities:Working within the Assurance team the Assurance Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery to a portfolio of clients or tasks assigned to them. They are responsible for proactive client and supplier management in line with our KPI’s and escalating issues as required to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing a first-class client experience to internal and external stakeholdersAccountability for ensuring allocated clients have complete and accurate invoice and data acquisition, entry and validation within customer agreed SLA timescalesMaintaining database(s) with accurate data in a timely mannerEnsuring debt and disconnection correspondence is resolved asapResolving telephone and email billing and reporting enquiries from customers and suppliersRaising queries and change of tenancies with suppliers via phone/email and following through to resolutionMaintaining and developing effective working relationships with supplier and customer contactsProduction and issue of payment files, cost and consumption reports to allocated clientsAttending conference calls and meetings with customers/suppliers as requiredUnderstand and adhere to operational processes and procedures to manage workload and ensure business continuityBuild knowledge of the energy industry and develop an understanding of queries and resolutionSupporting the wider team to ensure all client SLA’s are metSupporting internal and external stakeholders with data and analysis related issues >Additional project work as required based on business prioritiesSupport Account Manager with various operational tasks and requirementsObtaining supply and contract details for new sites including current supplierSite additions/removals to the clients group supply agreementAssist with objections alongside the QA team to reach resolutionSend termination notice if requiredSiteworks – support meter site operations team with supply contracts for new connectionsSales processing on CRM systemPricing and tenderingRead and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.Experience and Qualifications:Essential:A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelCustomer service skillsBe polite and conscientiousEngage with a can-do attitudeEffective communicationClear, concise.
