Atlassian Solution Architect
Whitehall Resources require an Atlassian Solution Architect to work with a key client on a 3 month initial contract.
*This role will involve on site work in West London 2 days per week.
*Outside IR35.
Atlassian Solution Architect
JD:
· Subject Matter Expert across - Atlassian products I e. Jira, confluence.
· Knowledge of GitHub migrations will be an advantage.
In this role, you will immerse yourself in clients' IT landscapes, delivering tailored projects that leverage best practices to architect and optimize solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Integration guardrails - eg use of API monitoring / EMP
· Design decisions on instance structure / strategy - e.g one instance per area
· Production of HLD - High Level Design (we have made a good start on this as both Atlassian and GitHub provide reference architecture
· Architect and implement solutions for Jira Service Management (JSM) based on ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Qualifications:
· Experience configuring and integrating ITSM solutions (Jira Service Management, Confluence)
· Strong communication and relationship management skills.
· Self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about exploring new technologies.
