About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Temporary School Attendance Administrator to join a team in Middlesbrough.
This full-time position is available immediately and will continue until Christmas.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate attendance records and supporting the school's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record student attendance daily.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student absences.
• Prepare attendance reports for school management.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
