Audit Business Partner, Oil and Gas

IAC is currently working with a leading FTSE energy business looking to recruit a Lead Audit Business Partner for the Group Internal Audit team. Reporting to the VP of Internal Audit and Risk, this role will have you responsible for driving the development of the audit plan, from scoping to delivery. The ideal candidate will have operational and risk based experience from heavy industries such as energy, mining, utilities. A recognised industry qualification is desirable such as an IIA/ACA/ACCA/NEBOSH. You will also have a working understanding of UK Corporate Governance, procurement, and supply chain audits. Strong stakeholder management skills are required due to the level of interaction with senior management and the Board. The role is based in their Central London office, 3 days a week, with 30% international and UK based travel.
