Puro Associates are recruiting for an Audit Manager to join a fantastic chartered firm of ours based in Edinburgh. Their team are committed to delivering high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager or Audit Senior looking for the next steps in their career within a well established and supportive team.

Responsibilities of an Audit Manager –

\n
• Monitoring the progression of audit assignments including budget and timeframes.
\n
• Assisting and supporting junior members of staff and monitoring the workload.
\n
• Manage your own portfolio of audits, working and liaising with RIs, junior audit staff, other teams members and the clients.
\n
• Work on a number of larger non audit corporate clients.
\n
• Stay updated on UK and International GAAS, IFRS,UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
\n

What we are looking for in our ideal Audit Manager –

\n
• Fully ACA or ACCA Qualified
\n
• At least 4 + years of experience within a UK practice in an audit role.
\n
• Experience managing your own portfolio of clients.
\n
• Supervisory or manager-level experience.
\n
• Proven record of monitoring the entire audit process and leading audit assignments.
\n
