In this role, you'll take the lead on-site audit teams, playing a hands-on role in ensuring compliance and delivering top-notch advisory services. Working closely with your partner/manager team, youll exceed client expectations while honing your leadership and technical skills. Your day-to-day duties:

• Prepare and oversee audit plans, fieldwork, and completion.


• Participate in audit planning discussions to identify risks and strategies.


• Address audit issues and communicate with managers or partners.


• Draft and review audit documentation, financial statements, and management reports.


• Ensure efficient use of audit software (Caseware) and adherence to budgets and risk management.


• Delegate and train junior team members, providing feedback and appraisals.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients' businesses and build strong relationships.


• Identify opportunities for additional services and participate in marketing events.


• Ensure deadlines are met and manage productivity and client service standards.


• Attend training to develop technical and personal skills, adhering to risk management policies.
