Australia & New Zealand Travel Expert

Our client is a new and ambitious tailor-made tour operator, offering bespoke, tailor-made travel itineraries using their unique blend of first-hand destination expertise and commitment to exceptional service delivery.

They’re now looking for an experienced Australia & New Zealand Travel Expert to join their team, who'll be able to bring their expertise and personal touch to a growing brand.

Our client is at the start of their journey, so it's essential that the successful candidate has proven travel industry experience (including indepth knowledge of Australia & New Zealand) a passion for delighting customers, and a strong sales mindset.

In return, they can offer fully homebased working, a competitive salary circa £28k DOE plus generous bonus structure and other great travel industry benefits and very sociable working hours of work - Mon - Fri - 9am - 5.30pm (occasional Saturdays.)

Role of Australia & New Zealand Travel Expert:

• Creating high-quality travel itineraries that are tailored to meet the specific interests and requirements of each client.


• Selecting appropriate flights, accommodations, excursions, and activities to ensure the client experiences their perfect trip.


• Offering exceptional levels of service to clients throughout the travel planning process, offering advice and guidance based on experience and destination knowledge.


• Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from start to finish.

Skills required for the role:

• Proven sales track record within the travel sector - essential


• In depth travel industry product knowledge of Australia & New Zealand


• Additional product knowledge of South East Asia and/or Southern Africa would be an advantage


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.


• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.


• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
