Autism Support Assistant | Job Description:
Develop and prepare materials designed to inspire individual learning
Keep written records of pupil observations, and feed back to parents
Carrying out general TA responsibilities in class where required
Work under supervision of the school SENCo and various Class Teachers
Provide effective support to this student, helping to build social confidence and academic engagement!
This Autism Support Assistant role will include extensive in house and external training, designed to further develop your skill-set
Role starting in September until July 2025 (opportunities to stay on after this are available)
£480 - £520 per week
Autism Support Assistant | Person Specification:
Hold Psychology or related degree from Top 20 UK University
Experience working with children is desirable but not required
Patient, calming manner with ability to support others
