A well-established multi disciplinary design consultancy is looking for an ambitious AutoCAD Technician (Civil Engineering), offering an opportunity to learn all aspects of Geotechnical, Civil and Structural Engineering.

As an AutoCAD Technician (Civil Engineering), you will be sat within the Geotechnical team whilst assisting the civil and structural teams using multiple ground engineering / geotechnical software's but essentially delivering on AutoCAD and potentially civil 3D.

Typical drawings include, volumes, geological sections, cut & fill, 3D ground models, borehole location plans, heat maps, GIS etc. You will also gain experience on other civil/structural drawings to expand knowledge.

AutoCAD Technician (Civil Engineering) specification:

• 12 months+ experience on AutoCAD ideally within the civil/geo field, although other disciplines will be considered.
• A desire to learn Civil Engineering with ideally an HNC or HND.
• Live local to Wigan
