We are a well-established leader in the sector and are currently on the lookout for a Gate Engineer in the Automated Gate industry to join our highly valued team on a ful time, permanent basis.
This is a family run business based in the South West who have an established client base across both commerclal and domestic premises.
This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, fonward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them
You will be part of a team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high standard of work is delivered. You will be given support, training and the correct tools to carry out your role efficiently and effectively.
Gate Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
- Partake in researching products and cost saving opportunities
- Ordering equipment
- Installation, Maintenance & Servicing on Automatic Gates & Barriers
- Troubleshooting and fault-finding at Customer Sites
- Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
- Carry out effective communications with the client and adminIstration team
- Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by the professional bodies they subscribe to
- Work closely wilih olher engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the tearn�
Gate Automation Engineer Skils and Experiences�
- At least 2 years' experience within the Gate & Barrier Industry as an Engineer Willingness to take part in overtime
- Wilingness to travel and work all around the south
- Full, Clean UK driving licence or equivalent is required for this role�
