Automation Engineer

If you are experienced and talented in the field of Automation, this is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team on a permanent basis. Our client provides bespoke Control and Automation solutions across various sectors and is a well-respected UK based company. The role will encompass taking a project from start to finish, to include full project lifecycle from initial writing of specifications through software design, test and site commissioning.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience of turnkey projects / full lifecycle projects


• Design, development and implementation of PLC / SCADA / HMI Systems (Siemens/Rockwell)


• Proficient in generation of project documentation


• System Testing & Commissioning

QUALIFICATIONS

• HNC/HND or higher qualification.


• Experience in highly regulated industry, preferably Petrochemicals.


• Excellent documentation writing skills.

PACKAGE

• Any additional hours worked would be paid as overtime, on a flat rate per hour.


• An additional 5% of your basic salary will be paid into the company approved pension scheme.


• A forty hour working week, with a holiday allowance of 25 days per year plus statutory Bank Holidays.
