Role: Automotive Parts Advisor
Salary: �31,000
Hours: Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm - + 1 in 5 Saturdays - 8am to 12 noon

Automotive Parts Advisor�Responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries both over the phone and at the front counter
- Manage parts orders and support workshop technicians with their requirements
- Oversee the complete daily business process to ensure smooth operations
- Proactively upsell to maximise all sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service
Automotive Parts Advisor�Requirements
- Previous experience in the truck or automotive industry
- Strong customer service, communication, and satisfaction skills
- Proven ability in inventory control and stock management
- Organised, with an analytical approach to handling customer queries
- High attention to detail with strong administrative and computer skills
- Motivation to upsell and identify new sales opportunities
