My client, who have achieved great growth and success in the automotive industry, from dealerships and commercial dealerships to Vehicle Parts Companies, are looking for an enthusiastic, bonus driven Parts Sales Rep / Parts Business Development Executive / Parts Business Development Manager / Parts Sales BDM / Parts Sales Executive / Field Parts Sales / Vehicle Parts Sales to join one of their many sites, based around and covering the Eastern Region including Leicestershire and Peterborough.
Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Parts Sales Rep / Parts Business Development Executive / Parts Business Development Manager / Parts Sales BDM / Parts Sales Executive / Field Parts Sales / Vehicle Parts Sales: Dealing with customers promptly and exceeding customer expectations both face to face and via the telephone Ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner Development of increasing both the sales and recognition of the Parts brand in the respective areas covered Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of the team objectives Excellent organisational skills in a customer service environment
The ideal Parts Sales Rep / Parts Business Development Executive / Parts Business Development Manager / Parts Sales BDM / Parts Sales Executive / Field Parts Sales / Vehicle Parts Sales will have:
Prior knowledge of the automotive industry. Vehicle Parts Experience Have a good understanding of the sales process and success in closing the sale Computer literate (word, excel, CRM and outlook). Excellent administration skills. Enthusiastic. Approachable. Outstanding organisation skills. Good clear telephone manner. Customer service driven. Strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Use of EPCs
