Your Role - Automotive Repair Assessor:

  Assess and approve vehicle repair estimates (Audatex & in-house systems)

  
  


• 
  

  Handle total loss settlements

  
  


• 
  

  Support claims teams with technical expertise

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and improve repairer performance

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure excellent customer service & manage expectations

  
  

What We Need - Automotive Repair Assessor:

• 
  

  Experience in�Vehicle Damage Assessment�or�Automotive Engineering

  
  


• 
  

  ATA VDA, IMI, IAEA, or AQP�(or working towards them)

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of�repair methods, valuations, & estimating

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with�Audatex & Glassmatix

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication & negotiation skills
