The role:
The dedicated global aircraft finance and leasing practice has extensive experience with transactions involving all types of aircraft and financing structures. The team act for airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions, and investors on commercial and business aircraft finance transactions worldwide.
Clients include established names as well as new and emerging market entrants. Expertise spans all types of commercial aircraft finance, lease, and sale and purchase transactions. This includes multi-billion-dollar new aircraft orders, operating lease and leveraged operating lease finance transactions, tax-structured financings, insurance and guarantee-backed financings, pre-delivery payment financings, and commercial dispute, enforcement, and workout situations.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be qualified in England & Wales and be between 2-10PQE with experience in aviation finance.
