Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Our client a leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), is seeking talented Avionics Technicians to be part of our prestigious Boeing 737 NG to E-7 Wedgetail conversion programme. This groundbreaking project involves transforming these aircraft into the world's most advanced Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platforms.
What You'll Do:
Perform complete removal and strip-out of all avionics equipment.
Install complex wiring harnesses and carry out modifications to existing wiring systems within avionic shelves and panels.
Execute all aspects of electrical and avionics work, including wiring terminations, loom manufacture, and systems testing.
Remove and install shelves, panels, and various avionics equipment.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure system functionality and reliability.
What You Bring:
Proven experience in avionics modification work.
Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Eligibility for UK security clearance.
