The role will have three primary focuses:AwardsReporting to the Group Marketing Operations Director, the Executive will be responsible for project managing all VCCP award entries from asset and content collation to upload, maintaining and updating information in VCCP’s information repositories and submitting jury nominations. The role will involve working closely with Executive Creative Directors, account teams & agencies across VCCP’s Group network. Agency MarketingAlso reporting to the Group Marketing Operations Director, the Executive will support in growing VCCP’s digital marketing strategies through use and analysis of organic and paid media channels, as well as our website. Agency GrowthThe Executive will partner with the Group Head of Business Development on a variety of activities to fuel the agency’s growth. This will include: using data generated through the agency’s client feedback programme to spot new opportunities; productising/promoting our capabilities to create and meet client demands; harnessing our thought leadership to engage our clients and prospects. In this role they will also support workstreams focused on specific client accounts, as we look to grow the agency’s remit across companies’ brand portfolios and geographies. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, project management and analytical skills and a genuine passion for the industry. They must be articulate, highly driven, proactive and ambitious, interested in great work and able to get involved in multiple projects. The ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively is essential to this role, especially during the awards season where there can be more than one award’s show on at one time. Knowledge of Creative and Strategic Award shows is desirable however not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel unfortunately is! This role provides a great stepping stone into the creative services industry, offering invaluable opportunities to develop essential skills and build a strong professional network.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate will:Execute the existing awards process for the VCCP Group and support the Group Marketing Operations Director in realising the overarching awards strategyAct as the central point of contact for each award submission and keep the Management Team, Creative Directors, and Account Teams informed about all developmentsResearch award category requirements, fees and deadlines, and communicate this information in good time to relevant stakeholdersManage asset delivery and production with VCCP’s production studio, Girl&BearUpload and submit the final submission to the awards portalEnsure all timelines are met and deadlines adhered to - exemplary time management is essential to this role Manage and maintain the VCCP awards calendar and ensure that all awards shows are carefully planned ahead of timeExplore and secure judging and speaking opportunities for our senior creative management teamEnsure full data integrity throughout the awards process - from proofreading entry submissions to populating information in VCCP’s databasesSupport the Group Marketing Operations Director in on the implementation of VCCP’s digital marketing strategy. The executive will identify sources of traffic to VCCP’s website and provide analysis on our lead generation and lead nurture effortsReport on marketing analytics and identify new strategic routes using various systems, such as Google Analytics 4 and HubspotSupport the Group Business Development lead with cultural initiatives and account-specific workstreams to fuel the agency’s entrepreneurial spirit - from maximising client feedback data, productising our capabilities and harnessing our thought leadership, through to securing new opportunities with our existing clients across their portfolios, geographies and our disciplines.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google SlidesExcellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, grammar and spelling are vital to this roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams across account management, planning, creative, productionKnowledge of Creative and Strategic Award shows is desirable however not essential
