We're looking for dedicated and motivated Factory Operatives to join our clients expanding family at the renowned chewing gum factory in Estover, Plymouth.� Please note due to the location and the shift times you will need your own transport to get there.
As a key player in confectionery production, they offer a dynamic work environment with both short and long-term assignments. If you're passionate about contributing to the creation of gum, mints, and various sweets, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Embrace physically demanding tasks in a manual role.
• Seize on-the-job training opportunities to enhance your skills and progress to more technical aspects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous factory experience as a Machine Operator is preferred.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent team player with the ability to thrive in a busy production environment.

• Rotating shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 Monday-Friday.
