12 monthsJob Description: Our client is looking for a hands-on Demand Marketing Manager to work within the B2B Marketing Team, specifically focusing on hybrid events and webinars. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of digital events to meet targets for driving customer engagement, marketing qualified leads, and ARR. In close collaboration with stakeholders across EMEA and the US, you will produce and manage B2B hybrid events and webinars.What you will doPlanning● Develop and document plans to drive growth across tactical demand marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on hybrid events and webinars.● Represent demand marketing and provide ideas and solutions that tie into the data-driven strategy that we promote.● Advise hybrid events and webinars strategy by understanding business priorities, opportunity sizing, and resource availability.● Utilise a variety of data models and insights to determine the best approach for digital events.● Ensure alignment with global priorities and initiatives to ensure that locally driven campaigns are operating in key opportunity areas and deliver incremental benefit to the business.Execution● Manage the end-to-end process of digital events (webinars), including planning, producing, promoting, executing, and analysing the outcomes.● Collaborate with peers in cross-functional teams (e.g., demand marketing, regional marketing, sales) to ensure seamless execution of events.● Oversee all production details of hybrid events and webinars, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for attendees.● Utilise project management tools like Workfront to set up and detail campaigns, ensuring readiness for deployment.● Ensure the technical aspects of webinars, such as platform setup, speaker coordination, and live event support, are handled efficiently.● Centralise documentation of all webinar-related assets to support demand generation and ensure easy access and reference for future use.Measuring and Success● Define success metrics upfront and communicate them across all partners to ensure alignment.● Set up campaigns to ensure metrics can be effectively measured and tracked.● Ensure performance metrics are tied into the overall business priorities and are useful for future program refinement.● Build testing frameworks where possible to assess business impact and validate results.● Showcase program progress and successes to wider partners through regular updates and quarter-end reviews.● Centrally assess and document the results of webinars, providing detailed reports that can inform strategy and improvement areas.What you will need to succeed● 5+ years of significant marketing experience with a growth mindset, a solid understanding of CRM, and experience in solving business problems.● Proven experience in planning and executing digital events (webinars) from start to finish in a B2B environment.● Excellent project management skills and experience with tools like Workfront.● Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects involving various stakeholders.● Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making.● The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and understands B2B user journeys.
