Salary: £65,000 - £70,000Overview:VMA GROUP have partnered with a global business travel management organisation who are market leaders in innovative technologies supporting small and medium enterprises. Our client is looking for a seasoned business-to-business marketing manager responsible for delivering the brands’ global strategic multi-channel marketing plan in the UK with a strong focus on digital marketing and establishing a comprehensive ROI reporting structure for all activities undertaken.The successful candidate will be supporting client acquisition, retention and growth. The role requires an individual who can work well under pressure and can multi-task and prioritise their work according to changing business objectives and requirements. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with the global marketing team, regional brand leadership team, internal teams, external suppliers and corporate clients. You will also be responsible for global strategic projects as defined by the VP of Marketing. The business operates a hybrid policy, 4 days into the office, and 1 from home. Responsibilities: Manage regional marketing budget and plan. In conjunction with Digital Marketing:Implement regionalised lead nurturing and lead generation campaigns. Devise strategies to drive traffic to the website and ensure a strong CTA approach for data capture, including a strong SEO and PPC plan. Develop a regional content calendar for publication across all platforms. Integrate digital strategy to support offline activity. Create a regional internal communication plan to ensure awareness of marketing strategy and results across the brand. Marketing calendar to provide regional brand SWOT and global marketing visibility of planned activity.Work with the regional air and land teams to support tactical email campaigns through preferred supplier co-op. Monthly ROI reporting including offline and online results to KPI’s. Continuously test, analyse and track results of all regional marketing activity, (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing) and make recommendations for future activity to increase the quality and quantity of leads to the Sales team.Due to a high volume of applicants, we are unable to respond to everyone.
