B2B Telesales Executive

Do you have experience in business development via cold calling?

Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building strong business relationships? As a B2B Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for:

  • Account managing existing clients
  • Cold calling potential new clients
  • Generating and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Promoting our products/services and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to drive long-term business.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and following up on prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset.
  • The ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Package

  • Salary to �35,000 + Commission 15-20% Salary
  • Hybrid 1 day per week - 4 in office
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
