Key Responsibilities of the BA Honours Graduate:

• Provide academic and personal support to students, assisting with their learning in both individual and group settings.
• Work alongside teachers to help deliver lessons and activities that engage and inspire students.
• Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
• Support students' personal development by encouraging positive behaviors and building confidence.
• Help develop and implement individualized learning plans for students who need additional support.
• Assist with classroom management and provide support to teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development of learning resources, ensuring they are engaging and accessible to all students.
• Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and helping adapt support strategies as needed.
• Assist in extracurricular activities or clubs, supporting students' development outside of the classroom.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• A BA Honours Degree in any subject.
• Strong academic background with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students and staff.
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed and achieve their potential.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
