We are currently looking for a dedicated and passionate Baby Room Leader to join our team. The position is full time over 4 days with hours between 7:30 – 06:30.

- Creating a safe and welcoming environment for the children in your care as well as the other members of staff in your room
- Be responsible as a key worker for several children
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and carers
- Update the children's journals daily with key information and observations
- Gain a clear understanding of the nursery's policies and procedures
- Ensure you are always working within the EYFS
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education
- Experience in a Room Leader role (beneficial)
- The right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude towards childcare
