We are working with a well-established nursery in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, looking for a passionate and experienced Baby Room Leader to join their team.

Position: Baby Room Leader
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience as a Room Leader
•
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
•
Dedication: A strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for babies

Leadership: Manage the baby room, creating a safe and stimulating environment
•
Development: Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote growth and learning
•
Relationships: Build positive connections with babies, parents, and team members
