Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health care, support patients with complex needs, and ensure safe and effective treatment within a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for patients with mental health needs.
\n
• Administer medication, monitor patient progress, and manage mental health symptoms as part of a comprehensive care plan.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
\n
• Engage with patients' families and support networks to promote understanding and involvement in care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.

Key Requirements:

• NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
\n
• Experience in a mental health setting, ideally within the NHS.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
