Job Title: Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Location: West Midlands, Herefordshire, Hereford

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Primary Industry: Health, Medical and related

Salary: £28 - £40 per hour

Job Duties:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
• Assessing patient health needs and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure patient well-being
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Providing support and education to patients and their families

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification (RGN)
• Valid NMC registration
• Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Completion of a nursing degree programme
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-registration training or certification
• Experience in a specific medical specialty
• Advanced life support certification
