Schedule: Full-time, 24-hour shift pattern (on-site)

Compensation: Day: £20.50; Night/Saturday: £26.65; Sunday/Bank Holiday: £32.80

Randstad urgently seeks a compassionate Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse for our esteemed Aykbourn Unit. This is a high-priority position (urgency level: 3)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, holistic mental health nursing care to inpatients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team on comprehensive care plans.
• Deliver proficient 1:1 patient care, adapting to individual needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in the NHS or a private hospital.
• Proven ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Experience with inpatients experiencing mental health problems.
• Experience providing 1:1 patient care.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teamwork.
