We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Princess Alexandra Hospital. This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation and therapy services to patients, supporting their recovery and independence.

\nResponsibilities:\n

• Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions for patients with diverse needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
\n
• Develop rehabilitation plans to enhance patients' functional abilities.
\n
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.
\n

\nRequirements:\n

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with NHS experience.
\n
• Experience in acute or rehabilitation settings.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and work under pressure.
