Job Title: Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner – RAIST (CYP 0-18)

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner (Nurse, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist) to work with the Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team (RAIST) in Chorley.

Key Responsibilities

  You will conduct mental health assessments of children and young people aged 0-18 years, providing enhanced risk assessments, care planning, and safety planning.

  
  


• 
  

  The role involves conducting both community and ward assessments, providing intensive support for service users over a 2-week period.

  
  


• 
  

  As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will also provide support and guidance to junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained across the team.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible working hours are available, with the option of either 12-hour shifts or traditional 9-5 working days.

  
  

Position Details:

• Location: Chorley, Central Lancashire


• Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours: 12-hour shifts or 9-5)


• Umbrella Rate: £35.67 per hour


• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

• Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with mental health experience


• Experience in working with children and young people in mental health settings
